QBrew Commercial Terms
These Commercial Terms apply to all non-retail engagements with QBrew, including but not limited to wholesale supply, event participation, collaborations, and service-based arrangements.
SECTION 1 - Commercial Engagement
All commercial engagements with QBrew must be clearly agreed in writing prior to commencement.
No obligation shall arise unless key terms, including scope, pricing, and payment expectations, are confirmed.
SECTION 2 - Billing & Payment
QBrew operates on a transparent and commercially reasonable billing basis.
Invoices must be issued within a reasonable timeframe following the agreement or delivery of goods or services. Where no invoice or payment request has been issued within such timeframe, QBrew reserves the right to reasonably consider that no financial commitment has been actioned or relied upon.
QBrew does not accept liability for retrospective or delayed charges where no prior invoice, payment request, or clear written commercial agreement has been established.
QBrew does not recognise financial obligations arising from unactioned or materially delayed billing processes.
SECTION 3 - Cancellation & Changes
Any cancellation terms, fees, or financial consequences must be clearly communicated and agreed in writing at the time of booking or engagement.
QBrew does not accept cancellation fees or charges that were not expressly agreed to in writing prior to the engagement.
SECTION 4 - Third-Party Costs
QBrew will not be responsible for any costs arising from internal planning, marketing, licensing, administration, or other preparatory work undertaken by third parties, unless such costs have been explicitly agreed in advance.
SECTION 5 - Reliance & Commitment
Where no payment, deposit, or invoice has been issued within a reasonable timeframe, QBrew may reasonably consider that no binding financial commitment has been relied upon.
SECTION 6 - Communication
All key commercial terms must be confirmed in writing. QBrew does not accept reliance on informal, implied, or assumed agreements.
SECTION 7 - Application
These terms are intended to ensure fair, transparent, and commercially reasonable dealings between QBrew and its partners.
