Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make an order? - Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your credit card details to pay for your chosen items. Please follow the instructions in the checkout cart and email.

How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card? - When you checkout you are directed to Shopify's secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely.

What if my order is wrong, lost or damaged? - We will always do our best to make sure our customers are happy. Please see check out our Terms, or contact us to discuss any problems directly.

Refunds & Returns - For Returns please email us at drinks@qbrew.nz as we treat every enquiry different, depending on the situation.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders will arrive between 3-10 days depending on the delivery option you choose and the day you ordered (Currently there are no weekend courier runs, so if you order Thursday night or Friday your order will not arrive before Monday.) There is also a delay with covid, so our normal times may vary, which is why we have an average estimation above.

We try our very best, working late and past our normal operation hours to get all packages sent off asap. Please check your track and trace first and give your parcel 7 working days before contacting us about your order. Rural packages usually take 1 extra day. A product is 'Currently Out of Stock' or Disappeared from the site. How long until it's available again? If you are after something in particular, please contact us straight away by emailing us at drinks@qbrew.nz.

New Zealand Delivery

Delivery Rates

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are couriered out of Whangarei, New Zealand.

Checkout has all the delivery options currently available including our standard North Island rate of $5 and South Island rate $10. (Both including Rural.)

Please allow 7-14 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 3-5 working days with public holidays and weekends this can take longer depending on the shipping option and payment option you chose.

Covid-19

There are shipping delays across NZ due to Covid-19. These couriers delays are unfortunately out of our control. 

P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

International Delivery

We do not currently ship internationally.

Payment Options

On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card/ debit card, with more payment options coming soon.

Credit card transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped on the same or next working day.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at drinks@qbrew.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
